Farm Update" June 19th

Currently, on the farm, we have corn, sunflowers, pumpkins, zucchini, strawberries, tomatoes, onion, peppers, both hot and sweet. We have harvested our lettuce, broccoli, and cauliflower.  We have three ducks, two adult Brahma egg-laying hens and now 3 baby chicks.  The farm was just awarded a $4,500 grant and on a sad note we just found out that the L. A. County Fair Farm will no longer be raising chickens.
